INFOSONICS DERIVATIVE LITIGATION UPDATE |
| On October 17, 2008, the parties reached a settlement of this action. On January 20, 2009, the Honorable Janis L. Sammartino granted preliminary approval of the settlement in the derivative litigation and scheduled a Final Approval Hearing regarding the settlement on April 23, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California to consider the fairness, reasonableness and adequacy of the settlement, and the request for payment of attorneys fees and expenses to Plaintiffs' Co-Lead Counsel.
