INFOSONICS EXTENDS ITS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH SAMSUNG THROUGH 2008

SAN DIEGO, CA, October 12, 2005 - InfoSonics Corporation (AMEX: IFO), one of the largest distributors of wireless handsets in the United States and Latin America, today announced it has extended its distribution agreement with Samsung Telecommunications America through August 2008. Under the agreement, InfoSonics will continue to provide distribution solutions to carriers, retailers and agents in the United States for a variety of Samsung wireless telecommunication devices and related accessories.
