INFOSONICS BRINGS THE VK530 TO EL SALVADOR

SAN DIEGO, CA, August 30, 2005 - InfoSonics Corporation (AMEX: IFO) , a rapidly growing supplier of wireless handsets in the United States and Latin America, today announced it has completed the approval process with both Telemovíl El Salvador and CTE Telecom Personal S.A. de C.V in El Salvador for the VK530 clamshell camera mobile phone. Telemovíl and CTE Telecom are two of the three leading cellular carriers in El Salvador . InfoSonics is the sole distributor for VK Mobile products in Latin and North America.
